Private carrier rates assume a 20% discount on ground or 25% discount on home delivery. Actual savings will vary depending on weight, destination, package type, size and additional services.
Who qualifies for the Pitney Bowes Discount Shipping Program?
ALL NEW MULTI-CARRIER SSL/SSX CUSTOMERS
Exceptions:
- Customers that are federal agencies using Official Mail (OMAS)
- Customers that are federal agencies already receiving discounted rates under schedule 48
- Customers that already have a negotiated Service Agreement (NSA) with USPS.
