Before calling for service support and possibly an unnecessary service call. TRY THIS FIRST. If you are using an analog phone line with your postage machine, power off and UNPLUG the machine (do not just turn it off). This sometimes will reset the machine so it can start downloading data again. If this doesn't work then please call Independent Mailing Systems SERVICE DEPT. at (800) 554-4395. We may be able to walk you through the solution over the phone. If not, we'll be happy to send someone to your place of business to help fix the problem. Just KEEP IN MIND, that eventually ALL companies will have to go to a broadband system through your internet provider. It's not a matter of IF but WHEN.
Thank you, again for your continued understanding and patience with the occasional problems. Newer machines will NO LONGER have the option to use analog phone lines due to the fact that AT&T is phasing them out.
